CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked turkey or chicken (6 oz. can)
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except chips. Bake at 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chips on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until chips are browned.
