4 c. sugar 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (14 1/2 oz.) 1 c. butter 2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips 1 pt. marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. walnuts, chopped Butter sides of heavy saucepan and combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Cook medium heat to "soft ball stage" (236 degrees), stir frequently. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla and walnuts. Mix with wooden spoon until chips melt. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and let cool. Cut into small pieces and enjoy! |
