PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 lg. Cool Whip, thawed
1 (4 serving size) instant pistachio pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain fruit. Mix together Cool Whip and pistachio pudding. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, folding in. Refrigerate overnight.
