Yellow cake mix
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Prepare cake mix and add one can of oranges. Bake by directions and cool completely.

ICING: Mix pineapple with juice. left can of oranges and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill after icing until firm.
