ORIENTAL PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms & liquid
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. snow peas
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Brown chops in oil. Cover with onion slices. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic powder. Pour over chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Serve with rice and herb tea. Makes 4 servings.
