CHEESE AND HERB TWISTS 
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 lb. puff pastry

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg to mix. Combine parsley, cheese and paprika. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick. Brush with some of the egg. Sprinkle parsley mixture over dough. Cut dough into 1/2 inch wide strips. Twist both ends of each strip at the same time 1-2 times. Put on an ungreased baking sheet, pressing the ends down onto the sheet to hold the twisted strips in place. Refrigerate until firm, about 5 minutes. Bake until golden, 7-10 minutes.
