MRS. "C" TORTILLA SOUP 
1 tbsp. fresh garlic
6 chili peppers, chopped
3 cans chicken broth
3 cans beef broth
Salt and pepper
Parsley
1 tbsp. chili powder
Corn tortillas

Chop garlic and peppers; saute in oil. Add broth and bring to boil. Add seasonings, turn down to simmer; cook 25 minutes.
