3 BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can Boston baked beans
1 (16 oz.) can baby green lima beans
2 sliced onions
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 clove garlic, minced

Cook garlic and onion in oil or bacon grease until tender not brown. Drain lima beans and save juice.

Mix in casserole dish:

3 types of beans
Onion & garlic mix
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir once or twice during cooking. If more liquid is needed add reserved lima bean juice.
