QUICK SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 10 inch ovenproof skillet, brown sausage and onion. Drain. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over sausage. Add 16 ounce can of tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic and pepper. Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring until slightly thickened.

Simmer while you prepare dough. Separate 1 can Pillsbury biscuits into 10 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Arrange biscuits over hot meat. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 12 to 16 minutes until golden brown. Serves 4.
