1 can corned beef
1 small green pepper, cut up in small pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1 box lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 small onion (optional)

Boil water and dissolve jello in it. Mix corned beef, pepper and mayonnaise together. Add lemon jello mixture and stir. Refrigerate and serve on crackers.
