MOON CAKE 
Crust:

1 stick butter
1 c. water, boil
1 c. flour
4 eggs, add 1 at a time

Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F. Cool completely.

Filling:

1 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese
4 c. milk
2 small pkg instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla

Mix cream cheese with 2 c. milk. Beat together, then add the rest of the milk. Mix in pudding. Beat until thickens. Pour onto crust. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or top with fruit.
