FROZEN FRESH EGGS 
5 eggs equal one cup, scramble the 5 eggs and add either 1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon honey and mix well. Place in plastic ice cube trays. 3 tablespoons of mixture equals 1 egg. After mixture is frozen pop out and store in plastic bags. Completely thaw eggs before using. Will keep 6 months in freezer.
