1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 beaten egg 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 3 c. colored mini-marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. flaked coconut Melt chocolate chips over low heat; cool 5 minutes. Blend in egg and sugar. Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated. On waxed paper, shape mixture into a 15 inch log. On a second piece of waxed paper spread coconut in a 16 x 8 inch rectangle. Transfer log to coconut; roll to coat completely. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut in 1/4 inch slices. Makes 5 dozen. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!!!!! |
