CINNAMON ROLLS | |
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water 2 pkgs. dry yeast 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1 sm. pkg. egg custard mix 3-3 1/2 c. sifted flour Soften yeast in water. Add melted butter, salt and dry custard mix. Gradually sift in flour. Knead dough on lightly floured surface, 12 times. Half dough and roll out rectangle, about 18 inches long. Spread with sugar and 1 stick butter and 3 tablespoons cinnamon. Roll up, starting on 18 inch side. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a pan lined with foil. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Glaze while warm. |
