BULL'S EYES 
Slices of healthy, soft bread
Eggs

butter both sides of each slice of bread. Cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread with an upside-down drinking glass, save the circles!

Melt 1 pat of butter in small frying pan over medium heat. Put piece of bread in pan and break egg into the hole. Break yolk for firmer eggs. Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on for added flavor. Turn when bottom side of bread is nicely browned and egg is mostly firm. Cook a couple more minutes.

Sprinkle with more cinnamon to top it off. Toss circles in the pan sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Cook both sides and serve as tasty flying saucers!
