GUILTLESS QUICHE PARMESAN | |
9 inch unbaked crust with high fluted edge 1 c. (2 to 4 oz.) pkgs. of "Scramblers", thawed 1/4 c. water 2/3 c. dry evaporated milk 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt Bake pie crust 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and reduce oven to 325 degrees. Place "Scramblers", water, dry milk, cheeses, onions, flour and seasonings into blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Pour mixture into crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted near center is clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish and serve. Garnish with sliced black or green olives, chopped green pepper, tomatoes, grated cheese. |
