ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. vermicelli noodles
2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
3 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste & 1 (6 oz.) can water
1/2 c. chopped olives (optional)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese

Brown ground chuck, add parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add tomato sauce, simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Add olives. Cream together sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Drain cooked vermicelli noodles and butter them. Layer noodles in pan, spread cream mixture over top of them and top with meat sauce. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
