ZEPPOLE 
1 yeast cake
1 qt. warm milk
1 egg, beaten
5 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 box raisins

Mix all the ingredients together. Add the flour gradually, so you can handle the dough without it being sticky. Place in a bowl, let rise until double in bulk. Break into bite-size pieces. Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with sugar and top with honey.
