BUTTERSCOTCH PIE | |
1 stick butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. plain flour 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. butterscotch chips 1 pie shell Mix eggs, sugar and flour into cool, melted butter. Add vanilla, nuts and chips. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Recipe may also be used with pecans and chocolate chips. |
