MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix (Pillsbury with pudding in mix) 1 can mandarin orange sections (8 or 16 oz) 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs Beat all together for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 3 pans for 22 minutes. Cool cake. FROSTING: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (heavy syrup) 1 sm. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding Put together and mix well with electric mixer. Fold in one 12 oz. Cool Whip. Frost layer cake. |
