GINGER SNAPS 
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
5 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Form into small balls, dip top in sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
