CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 lb. bacon
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar Hellmann's mayonnaise

Wash cauliflower and lettuce, cut up into small pieces. Fry bacon until crisp, then break into small chips. Mix all 3 together. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top. Also add 1/3 cup sugar, sprinkle over top. Spoon on mayonnaise on top. Let set in refrigerator 1 hour, then toss or mix.
