BABY LOBSTERS MARIMIERE 
4 live lobsters
Boiling water
2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Plunge lobsters into large kettle of boiling and salted water. Return to boiling; boil, covered, 15-20 minutes. Drain.

2. Serve hot or cold, with this dip. Combine dressing and lemon juice, stirring to mix well. Allow 3 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
