OREO CHEESECAKE 
25 Oreo cookies
4 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix crumbs and butter and press in bottom and up 2/3 sides of spring form pan. Refrigerate.

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 + 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. coarsely chopped Oreos
2 c. sour cream

Beat cream cheese; add 1 1/4 cups sugar and beat 3 minutes. Mix in flour, add egg yolk and eggs. Mix until smooth. Beat in whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Pour half of batter into crust. Sprinkle with Oreos and top with remaining batter. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 225 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cake and increase oven temperature to 350 degrees. Stir sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over cake. Bake for 7 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate several hours or overnight.
