OVEN FRIED FISH | |
1/4 c. butter (unsalted melted) 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. white fish fillets 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. oil Combine butter, lemon juice, pepper, paprika, basil and garlic. Dredge fish in butter, herb mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Spread oil in a shallow baking dish and arrange fish in one layer. Spoon remaining butter mixture over fish. Bake uncovered in a 475 degree oven for 15 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a jab. |
