BROCCOLI PIE 
2 baked pie shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
3 ribs celery, chopped fine
2 frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. Colby cheese
8 oz. Philly cream cheese

Saute seasoning and brown ground beef. Cook broccoli and chop. Mix broccoli and cream cheese to meat mixture. Pour into pie shells and top with Colby cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
