MEAT LOAF AND GRAVY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a 22 to 24-inch strip of heavy aluminum foil, mix beef and onion soup (don't tear foil). Form into loaf and pour undiluted soup over loaf. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. As loaf bakes, makes its own gravy. Serves 6-8.
