PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES | |
1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 36 Reeses peanut butter cups (sm. size) Cream together first 6 ingredients. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and add to creamed mixture. Roll dough into 36 balls, about 1 teaspoon each. Fit ball loosely into small muffin tins. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and immediately put a peanut butter cup into each cookie. Cool completely in muffin tin before removing. |
