BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained

Beat eggs; add milk to beaten eggs. Blend together sugar, butter and oil; add vanilla. Stir together flour and baking powder. Combine ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Bake in greased and floured bread pan at 350 degrees. After 30 minutes of baking cover with aluminum foil tent to keep from browning too quickly. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
