CHIMICHANGAS 
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger, browned

Add 1 package dry taco seasoning mix and 1 small can of tomato sauce; simmer. In a flour tortilla, add sour cream (to taste), hamburger mixture, cheese of your choice. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

Mix enchilada sauce and 1 small can of tomato sauce and warm. Pour over chimichangas. Top with cheese. Heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream.
