BISCUIT PUDDING 
1 c. biscuit crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Soak biscuit crumbs in hot water until soft. Squeeze lightly until excess water is gone. Beat eggs; add sugar and milk. Mix thoroughly. Add to the biscuit mixture and mix well. Add raisins, vanilla, and spices. Mix well. Pour into well buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until center is firm but not over done. Pudding will fall when cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
