BERRY BAVARIAN 
1 c. skim evaporated milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin dessert mix
1 1/3 c. boiling water
2 c. thinly sliced fresh strawberries

Into a mixing bowl, pour evaporated milk. Chill in freezer until ice crystals form around edges, about 1 1/2 hours. (Chill beater blades also).

Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water. Chill until syrup, about 1 hour. Beat chilled milk on high speed 5-8 minutes or until it is the consistency of whipped cream. Gently fold gelatin and sliced berries into whipped milk. Pour into stemmed glasses. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
