CHICKEN ROLLS 
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 c. or 6 oz. can chicken
3/4 c. sharp grated cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
Onion and bell pepper, chopped

Mix all together. Roll out each triangle of dough. Put 1 heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture in center. Fold edges over to seal. Brush top of dough with beaten egg white. Bake in greased pan for 15-20 minutes until golden brown at 375 degrees. Heat 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup. Spoon over roll when served. Makes 8.
