"IT'S BETTER THAN POTATO SALAD" 
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sliced celery
1 med. onion, chopped fine or green onion
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
8 radishes, sliced
1 cucumber, peeled & diced

Cook rice. Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard and salt to chilled rice. Stir in remaining ingredients before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
