HAMBURGER NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked noodles
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional)

In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir to separate meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 inches). Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir. Garnish with buttered bread crumbs the last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
