VANILLA WAFER CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 6 eggs 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed 1/2 c. milk 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut 1 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a tube pan. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla wafer crumbs alternately with milk. Stir in coconut and pecans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees or until cake tests done. |
