HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano, salt
1 lb. frozen fillets of fish, thawed and drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in baking pan.

In small container combine crackers, cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange in baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4. Easy, inexpensive.
