2 c. variety baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Beat with hand beater until smooth. Warm skillet, oil if necessary. Drizzle batter from a teaspoon onto skillet to form eyes and a smiley face. When bottom side of face is brown, pour about 1/4 cup batter over face. Cook until golden on both sides.
