STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter

Mix first 5 ingredients all at once until smooth. In another bowl, mix coconut, strawberries and pecans. Pour half of strawberry mixture in cake batter. Save the remainder for icing. Add 1 box of powdered sugar and 1/2 stick butter to remaining mixture. Mix well. This is the icing. Cake will make 3 layers.

Bake at 350°F until cake pulls from side of pan. Cool and ice.
