SAUERKRAUT WITH POTATOES 
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained, reserving liquid or fresh sauerkraut, cooked about 40 min.
6 potatoes, peeled & boiled (can use leftover mashed potatoes & gravy)
Milk
Smoked sausage, precooked
3 tbsp. butter
Gravy

Mash sauerkraut and potatoes together with some reserved liquids from sauerkraut or with milk. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with sausage links and dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with gravy.
