RHUBARB RELISH 
1 qt. finely cut rhubarb
1 qt. finely chopped onion
1 qt. white vinegar
1 qt. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil and cook for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Pour into hot sterilized jars and close to seal. Serve with hamburgers or other meat.
