SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. boneless pork
1 cucumber
4 slices pineapple
1 c. flour
1/2 green and 1/2 red pepper
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce marinate
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. seasoning sauce
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
4-6 c. oil to fry
3 tbsp. Chinese vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. water

To make seasoning sauce mix Chinese vinegar, sugar, catsup, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon salt and 4 tablespoons water.

Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and soak in marinade for at least 1/2 hour. Cut pepper, cucumber, and pineapple into 1 inch squares. Heat oil, coat each piece of pork in flour and fry until brown 2-3 minutes. Take out, reheat oil and then fry once more until crispy. Drain. Put 2 tablespoon oil in wok or pan and fry pepper, cucumber, and pineapple, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes. Add seasoning sauce and cook until thickened. Add pork. Mix well and serve immediately.
