GRAMMA'S BIG YELLERS 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk, as required for thin & smooth consistency of batter

Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix at high speed until completely blended and smooth. Turn large cook top burner on High. Generously spray the bottom and sides of a large frying pan or crepe pan with an all- purpose cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of batter on the hot pan and lightly brown on both sides. Spread a thin layer of butter on a hot "Big Yeller", sprinkle with sugar, roll tightly, cut in half and enjoy.
