HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla (add more to your liking)

Separate eggs. Beat whites stiff and set aside. Mix yolks, sugar, vanilla and Eagle Brand milk. (Other flavorings if you do not like vanilla ice cream.) Fold whites into mixture. Pour into freezer can. Hand crank or run ice cream machine until frozen.
