STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries (or 2 pts. whole berries)
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch

Cut together the first three ingredients as for a pie crust. Sprinkle evenly over a 12 or 13 inch pizza pan. Press firmly and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar; spread over cooled crust. Chill. Thaw and drain berries.

For fresh, wash and slice. You will need one cup berry juice. Combine with sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Cool. Spread over cheese filling and chill. Serves 12.
