PUMPKIN PIE 
3 pre-baked pie crusts
3 3/4 c. pumpkin, cooked and mashed
3/4 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. milk
6 eggs or 9 yolks
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 to 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix all ingredients and cook until almost done. Pour into crusts and bake at 425 degrees until a silver blade comes out clean.
