SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing (corn bread)
1 c. milk, scalded
2 tbsp. onion, grated
3 tbsp. chopped pimentos
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and cook in well greased casserole dish for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
