1 lb. hamburg
1 (15 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
2 lg. potatoes
1 onion
3 lg. carrots

Place 4 hamburg patties in casserole. Slice onion and put on top of patties. Slice carrots (lengthwise); put on onions. Slice potatoes in 1/4 inch slices. Put on carrots. Cover with Hunts tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 1 hour. Other vegetables may be added. This is a very flexible dish.
