CHICKEN SALAD WITH A TWIST 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corkscrew macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. sliced cucumber
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sliced black olives
1 med. onion, chopped
Leafy lettuce

Cook macaroni according to package; drain and cool. Combine rest of ingredients. Stir until well blended. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: about 8 servings.
