RHUBARB TORTE 
4 c. cut up fresh rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches). Sprinkle with salt. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in bowl. Add butter. Stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
